The community is a very nice community in a good area. The leasing manager on duty was very kind and extremely helpful. He really took the extra mile in making sure that me and my family were taking care of and happy with the place that we got. He’s very respectful and let us know everything that we needed in advance. He made us feel like family and like we weren’t just getting a rental property but an extended family. I would recommend this place to ANYONE

With each manager we have changes.nThat’s the order of things in any position.nOur present manager R Seamon, has worked withnand for me in each issue.nThings that happen have been handled in a timely manner. I just have to let you guys know that Renardo has been in charge this community looks better things are getting done that didn't seem to be getting done in the past and I visit people in other mobile home park and you can just tell hours as a step above and I'm very grateful to be living here and I'm grateful for your management I never have been made to feel like a number and in these trying times it's great to be treated like a human being as opposed to a number and it's also great living in a nicer community and nobody can make fun of my trailer park because we have the nicest one I've ever seen God bless friendly Village
