US Post Office

Great service and very and wonderful staff.

First I would like to say that this review is solely for the Mail Carrier who picks up mail at this location. The female who picked up the mail today 8/17/2020 around 4:40 PM was EXTREMELY RUDE! Truck No. 7530644. I own a business and have been using this post office to drop off my packages for a while now. Both CSR’s are always so pleasant and informative. My items ship cold and they informed me that the truck arrives @ 2PM and 5PM and suggest I’d drop my packages closer to 5 PM so that my packages would not be left sitting in the heat on a truck any longer than they have to- So that is what I have been doing for the past few months.... Now fast forward to today! I arrived at the post office around 4:40 PM and notice the truck was there. There was also 2 other customers who I believe to own a business as they had multiple packages as well. I asked The CSR if we would be able to get our packages on the truck and she responded “I’m not sure, she said she’s done for the day. so I decided to step out to ask the mail carrier if she will be coming back in to grab all of our packages. As I approached the truck with an “Excuse Me Ms. are you going back in to grab the packages?” She immediately responded so nasty “I’m not doing that! I been Here long enough” and slides down the back door! Mind you it’s about 4:45 PM. After she told me NO she proceeded to the drivers side of the truck sat in there for about a full minute then exits the truck and heads in the gas station with $2 bills in her hand purchase a drink and Then goes back to her truck and drives to the empty parking lot on the side of the building and parks there for about a solid 3 minutes!!! The nerve of her. She is extremely disgusting and does not deserve to work with USPS.! What a slap in the face! For her to refuse to take our packages BUT remain on the premises for 5-10 min after her refusal is disgusting! I hope This review lands in the hands of a manager who truly cares about customer service because this was uncalled for and maybe that driver needs to sit through a few classes to learn how to speak to customers.

Hung up on me, usps is worthless

Convenient when they are open. Staff not too friendly. Limited transactions. Sometimes have to wait for them to finish waiting on the customers for the convenience store to help with the post office side.

Very Convenient. Easy in and out. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Always go here instead of downtown location.
