Kenn did a great job on installing new locks for me. He was careful, cordial, and ensured that I had no issues locking and unlocking. Will use again if needed!
Ken tried to help me to do it myself before having an appointment. That kind of honesty and service doesn’t come around too much these days! I’m usually pretty handy, but when I couldn’t do it myself he came within a couple hours, installed a new lock for me and fixed my door so it would close properly too! Can’t say enough great things!
I called this company to change out our Keys. They showed up on time and went to work. Before they were finished they noticed the lock was sticking, instead of leaving me with that problem they fixed it. They didn't have to repair the sticking locking because their job was only for the keys, but they made the extra effort, something that's rear these days. I am very happy with Ken he is an awesome guy!!
