Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

After my prior experience with this branch where i felt like i was discriminated against by the hispanic female manager. She is now putting holds on my employees paychex's.nMy employee is a Bank of America account holder. I checked my account and it shows where Bank of America imediatly collected the funds out of my business when he presented the check to deposit in to his account. At that time she personaly put a 5 day hold on his deposit.nMean, vindictive, racist branch management .nHe said he is canceling his Bank of America account and opening one at Wells Fargo

I really wonder if Bank of America is ever going to do anything about this location, the staff is just terrible, the management is not organized ! Is just a disappointment.

This is so convenient and a brilliant idea! You can utilize the atm with a live person to take care of your personal needs after hours! No need to go inside. I'm always leaving my debit card so this feature is amazing! I would recommend this at all financial institutions!

Every time I think I couldn’t have a worse experience than at one Bank of America, I find a worse one. This is by far the worst experience at a bank possible. So there was 1 woman at the teller and a long line of people waiting for these two remote teller machines, where instead of a human it’s a machine with a human, like a Skype call or FaceTime or something. I thought this was for people who banked there only so I tried to go to the human teller section and this woman freaks out and tells me I have to join this already long line to use the machines, just to cash a check, even if I didn’t bank there.nnOne of the machines was not working properly so this made it worse. As more people entered this woman frantically told people they can’t join the line for the human teller, and was extremely rude to the people who didn’t immediately catch onto what she was talking about. This was totally unnecessary and uncalled for because it’s not normal for a teller to be there and not see anyone. So of course it confused people. Horrible customer service.nnThere were quite a few employees who are completely useless, this psychotic one busing people over to this awful machine, and then the teller who wouldn’t see anybody, and a manager who oversaw the lady who oversaw the machine line...lots of bank of America’s have this system, 5 people managing...or something...managing the non working either 1, maximum 2, tellers. Just insane.nnThe machine, when I finally got to it, took over 6 minutes to have some remote teller pop up. So once I was in line for 15 minutes I waited another 6 minutes at the machine. It just kept looping asking if I wanted to continue waiting, then back to the main menu. This couldn’t be more stupid and unnecessary. Could Bank of America be the worst bank ever? This was BBB complaint level ridiculous.

Have been calling (5 times so far) and they don't answer the phone...
