Terribly disappointed with the work performed. Had an antique charm with solid gold fingernails, took it in to have a jump ring soldered, was charged initially for a crude gold-filled ring that wasn’t even soldered shut. Two days later, the ring is replaced with a gold jump ring, but my charm has all but one fingernail missing. Told me that it wasn’t in their workshop table, they couldn’t find it, etc. The absolute gall to try & charge me even more for a trite job poorly executed in the first place as well as the nail replacements.nPlease save yourself the money, time and potential migraine. You’re best taking your business elsewhere.nIf you would prefer your jewelry to come back in one piece and not with any additional hassles, I highly suggest you consult another quality integral jeweler.

Worse place to go....the guy at the mall tried swapping my pendant out with one of his that was smaller and fake diamonds. Do not trust these people at all. Never will I purchase anything from them.

They have the worst cumtomer service they don’t have anyone that will be at the store until hrs after they open I pretty much am going to miss my flight because they don’t have my jewelry ready
