Reading these reviews, it would have been nice to have had any of the described reps as my customer service associate. Upon entering the store, I wasn't greeted. I looked at 4 cases before Ana,the Asst. Manager, who sized me up by scanning the bracelets that I was wearing, asked if I owned a Pandora. I was delighted to see that Dior carried Pandora product. I was shopping for my mothers birthday and preferred not to shop online. Working in Customer Service for 35 years, I know that connecting with your customer lends a great deal to the journey that you embark on with your client. That opportunity was missed. Maybe the Ana that everyone described in the reviews was having an off day. I didn't met that person today. Needless to say, there was no purchase and I am still looking for those spacers and charms that brought me out of my comfort zone to venture and shop this day.

Sabohi was very pleasant. She attend to me no questions asked. I came to the store to exchange a bracelet a friend gave me for Christmas and she immediately recognized my friend, who wasn’t even present with me. Awesome service, will definitely come back ud83dude42
