Very low inventory at this location. A whole back wall was empty, I thought they were going out of business!

I went to my local Ann Taylor Loft in Peachtree Corners, GA and the lady in the store told me that if she gave me my lost item I ordered online that she would be giving it to me for free? What? I paid for the item when I ordered it online, how is that free haha. She then told me she wouldn't call customer service for me that I could call myself. The customer service line is gibberish and out of service. I've call and emailed Ann Taylor Loft about my missing order and have received no response. I've now taken this up with Paypal in hopes of getting my money back. In addition to the horrible customer service in the store and online they are requiring everyone to wear a mask. I'm not sick. I don't have a problem with people having the freedom to chose to wear a mask, but you won't force me to wear a mask. If people are really that scared, then stay home! Never ordering or shopping here again!!!!!

Well stocked, wide variety, great quality and good store appearance. On trend and great styles. It is pricy but worth the quality of clothing. They have pretty imitation jewelry as well. You would be followed through out the store if you're brown ud83dude02 I didn't mind it since it is great to have somebody helping but is quiet awkward. Happy with my purchase and quality of clothing! It is inside The Forum at Peachtree Corners. Cannot be seen from regular traffic. Has ample of parking space in front of the store.

Don’t try to return items you bought from online that are maternity. This place discriminates against pregnant women will not let you return it in store . Even though, if someone were pregnant shopping in their store and stumbled upon this maternity item I wanted to return , they might want to purchase it .
