I shopped the rest and recently shopped the best. Shane Co is the best indeed. There is no comparison. Additionally, you will receive excellent customer service from Gigi and Heidi!nnI liked Gigi & Heidi so much that I went back this past weekend. I received the same level of service from Gigi & Heidi. Good prices, good customer service.

My wife and I had gone to Shane Co before we got married to get ideas on sets and settings for her grandma's diamond. We left at that time pleased and happy with the service we received. Two years later, we go back and Haley was our consultant. My wife showed Haley some settings that she had saved as her favorites. Haley pulled what was in stock at this location as well as other settings. Haley was never pushy and never tried to up sale us. We had narrowed it down to two settings, one being one that Haley pulled that was not even a consideration before hand. Ultimately we chose one that was my wife's dream for her grandma's diamond. Haley made everything fun, pleasant, and less stressful. Haley helped calmed my wife's nerves about being around and handling expensive jewelry (diamonds).nnUpon finishing the transaction and handing over my wife's most prized possession, Dana noticed a flaw in the diamond. Haley and Dana brought this immediately to our attention. Dana and Haley calmed my wife's fears of what could have happened to it upon resetting it into a new setting. Dana did an amazing job on taking care of the diamond and making my wife's dream a reality. We both recommend Haley, Dana, and Shane Co as a company.

I wanted to buy a 30-year Anniversary ring for my wife. I'd heard the Shane Company radio spots for many years but I never visited any Shane store, so we thought we would give the Duluth store a try.nnFrom the moment we walked into the store we were treated like royalty, as if we were the only people in the store. We were shown a number of candidates in the display cases, and were never pressured at all or steered in any direction to buy something that wasn't right. We found the perfect ring for a great price, had it sized, and within a couple of weeks we picked it up (it was around Christmas, so there was a bit of a backup). Over the next few months, he had the ring resized, put an inscription on it, and I also had my wedding band polished.nnEvery time we visited the Shane Co. store, we were treated as we were the first time. Every time we needed service, they were accommodating and thoroughly professional, patient, kind, and helpful. We are exceptionally pleased with our experiences.nnWe easily and without hesitation give Shane Co. four thumbs up.

Just had the greatest experience at this Shane company! Shanna was our customer service representative and helped me get my engagement ring fixed. She was super personable and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Shana.

So pleased with Shane Co. and Chelsea. Having lost my husband, I had decided to repair and replace items he had presented to me over the years. Chelsea listened to my ideas, then helped bring his gifts back to their former beauty. She guided me through numerous options to replace items that couldn't be repaired. She was so patient, giving me the time and options to make sure the replaced items were perfect for me.nShane Co. was courteous throughout the entire process, from entering the store, working with Chelsea, and pick up.nI highly recommend Shane Co. and I highly recommend Chelsea!
