By far the BEST jeweler! My family has used Jong’s for years! I live in Indiana and I didn’t even consider any local jewelers in my area, I knew we needed to use Jong’s. I will never use another jeweler! Kathy has been so amazing to work with. She is always in constant communication and ships the jewelry to me. She’s so great to work with! She fixed my engagement ring and sent it back with cash to pay for my shipping costs to her. She is incredible and does beautiful work. Jong’s Jewelry has been and always will be my first stop when it comes to jewelry!
Over 20 years ago, I went into Jong's when it was on Jimmy Carter to look at engagement rings. My Husband had them make an engagement/wedding ring that is stunning. If you want, honesty, customer service and craftsmanship, go to Jong's. To this day, we go to Jong's and Kathy and her lovely Parents are the best!!! You won't be disappointed.
I took a dinner ring into the store...other jewelers said they could not fix it. Kathy said she could fix it...when it came back it was like new. This store is amazing. Wonderful people and very reasonable prices. Forget everyone else.
