We had a fantastic experience here, and will certainly be coming back. Parsig is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and walked us through the whole process of buying an engagement ring. We were able to find a ring within our budget, and it far exceeded anything that we could've gotten at a chain store. Highly recommend!

I went to Chaplin’s to determine the value of a piece of family jewelry. Parseg kindly showed me the analysis of value, giving me confidence unlike other jewelers had. I have already recommended Chaplin’s to others and will return again myself. This is the ideal jeweler!

On 12/11/20 I made an appointment to get sized for a future engagement/ wedding ring. I only planned a quick 5 min service. Twenty minutes later, after laughing and perusing for future purposes I realized that I had never experienced such a high quality of customer service from Parser, Julie, Elizabeth and Laura. I walked in the store as a stranger, and left feeling like a part of their family! Hands down Chaplin's will always get my business. Their team is knowledgeable, patient and hilarious to interact with and I never made a purchase! I just found my new jeweler!

Took my wife's wedding ring to be resized and one of the diamond prongs fixed. They replaced the head instead and did the resizing for less than 2 other Jewelers wanted to charge to resize and repair. We picked it up today and it looks amazing! Very satisfied customer! We have found our jewelry store!

Chaplin's Jewelry is an amazing locally owned and family run business and they have been our only jeweler since 2006 when my husband purchased my engagement ring from their first location at the Apparel Mart. We then purchased our wedding bands from them as well as the diamond earrings I received after the birth of my first child. They are kind, honest, caring and have always stood behind all of the purchases we have made. They clean and polish my diamonds whenever I have asked, and even repaired the minor damages I have caused while wearing them daily. Most recently we returned to Chaplin's so I could upgrade my setting and I couldn't be happier with the design and quality. I can't recommend them enough, and we have no plans to ever utilize another store.
