Let me say that this was an incredible switch from Northwest Exterminating! Every person I have come in contact with at Arrow has been so kind! They respect you, your time, your home, and your finances! It has been beyond incredible, and I am happy to be a customer.
What a great experience. Some of the nicest and most professional people I have ever done business with.nnWhen we moved in to our new home and looked for a local pest control company I was shocked to see the amount of reviews and an almost perfect five stars for them.nnNow after having being a customer, I can see why.
We have been using Arrow for years.nJimmy Hall is our tech and he sure knows his stuff. Due to the nature of living in the woods, we get those pesky little sugar ants. We have tried the commercial and home remedy solutions with no avail. Jimmy comes out, spends time watching these ants, gets to know where they come from, puts out the bait and they are gone in a couple of days.nThis time was 1 day.
My mother has been a customer with this company for many years (15+). There has always been amazing service with Jimmy Hall, and we know we'll never complain when he comes to service. Thank you for maintaining an excellently knowledgeable technician and for maintaining great service.
