I am updating my review from 4 years ago. This location has made improvements in their customer service. I have used them a few times since posting the review below because of the convenience of their location during the pandemic and they have been much better to work with.nnI love Sherwin Williams paints, but the customer service at this location is lacking. I've witnessed employees be rude to customers, and today I was the recipient of the rudeness I've witnessed. I am disappointed in this location, even though its closest to my house. I will personally use the location at the intersection of Peachtree Industrial Boulevard and North Berkeley Lake Rd. They are amazing to work with.
I love SW paints. The quality is superior to any other paints I've ever used. The paint goes on easily and cleans easily too. I have a Great Dane so I have to wipe the walls often. The people are very professional and helpful. Today, I dropped off a list of colors I needed, including a custom color they had to match, and picked it all up an hour later. They have curbside pickup for people who choose not to go inside. You will love this store.
I've been coming to S-H as long as I've remembered. Order was precised & quick. Two thumbs up!!
Very Safe, buyer friendly store, always helpful, my small orders are as important as larger orders. Lots of SMILES.
