The experience I had at other t-mobile stores was not good at all. Mohamed did a great job on changing how I felt about t-mobile stores. He explaining to me all the promotions that would best fit me. The customer was exceptional and i will definitely refer all my friends and family to go as well.

Briana was unbelievably kind and efficient! It was such a relief to switch to a different phone provider and know that we were going to be taken care of by an awesome person like her! She worked hard to get us the best deal even though we weren't good at articulating what we needed, and got us out of the store as timely as possible while still tending to other customers. I don't know how much you're paying her but it's not enough! 10 stars if I could!

The T-Mobile stores that I have been in the past are nothing like this one. This T-Mobile that is located next to the H-Mart had great customer service and Mohamed was amazing. He displayed patience and he also showed an extensive amount of knowledge that was used to put me in the right phone that suits me and my lifestyle perfectly. Mohamed was the best t-mobile employee that ever helped me.

Dealing with a phone service company and switching services is always a headache. But Mike made everything as smooth as possible for me, he was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions and didn't make me feel pressured into signing up for something that I didnt want or need just to make a sale.. Best customer service experience I've had in a while! You could tell he enjoys his job.

I went to this location last week to upgrade to an iphone 12 pro max and had a great experience. Mohamed welcomed me at the door & explained to me the promotions and prices very simply which I really appreciated. He also helped me move all my info to my new phone. Come to this location if you want great customer service because I have had some bad customer service at other locations where people do not want to help as much!
