Love this location! Mike is so helpful! He really knows and reads all deals correctly. It is easy to understand what he says. This is my favorite location. Everyone in this location is very nice. They really work around your budget and needs. If you need anything just ask for Mike, he is just wonderful!
I was having a difficult experience in the Duluth location so I came to the Johns Creek location. Michael was extremely kind and helpful. He helped me Jump my phone and informed me of the entire process. He also stayed 40 minute past closing hours to make sure we successfully transferred all of our data. I’m extremely satisfied and recommend this location. Definitely ask for Michael when you come here!!

Excellent. Mike was great. Helped me set up all the features on my new phone which was quite a bit different from my old phone.
Tasha at T-Mobile was so helpful and patient in getting me the service I needed. I had been trying to switch a phone line from Sprint to T-mobile and was told so many different things when talking to customer service. Tasha told me the info I needed and even talked to the rep for me on the phone.
