I visited the Gwinnett Place Mall store in Duluth, GA on 3/24/2021. I couldn’t find the Women’s Plus Dept. I found out that they no longer carry plus size at this location. It’s bad enough that plus size clothes are located next to maternity clothes and now they remove them from the store entirely. I think this is a form of discrimination. Macy’s needs to correct this. We are valid customers and deserve to be treated as such. When are you going to correct this situation. We deserve better.
Masks required to enter the store. No five stars because there is not enough staff. Nd the inventory was low in the children's section.
Love this Macy's. Have been going to it for over 2 decades and it always has good deals. Macy's always has good quality items. Worth going to if shopping on a budget.
Its a Macy's and its close to my house. This is where I buy quality men's clothing. Inside it is actually quite nice. I wish they would work on cleaning up the parking lot and updating their landscaping.
If you like self service then you’re going to live this place. They do not have enough employees and the lines at checkout take ages.
