Lots of good findings at a very reasonable price like nice hair extensions options compared to most beauty supplies.. except the sometimes rude customer service from the young girls they hire there..
Drove through 40mins of ATL traffic to come here. It was a serious matter and they did not disappoint. Most hair stores don't carry much variety of color and this is one of the places that does. Only downside is the distance from me and that it's not black owned, I'm still on the hunt though.
Location sales everything from hair to clothing which is great for some but they have no customer service skills. No one asked could they be of assistance while I was in the store. I had to ask for help which I don't feel should be the case when you are in any store.
I have been a long time customer but after visiting today I will NEVER come back! The customer service has drastically declined. The employees previously would be eager to help but not now. The new employees are rude and are not helpful in assisting to help you locate items in the store.
Just opening but not bad. Good selection and prices
