I heard about this charter service from a friend who had used them before. I happened to be headed to a golf trip with the guys and thought I would check it out. I contacted Captain Matt and gave him our itinerary. He was very accommodating as my schedule changed a couple of times.nOur experience was fantastic. Matt, his wife and daughter crewed the yacht and met us on the dock. We were underway immediately and headed to tour the capsized ship which we had seen from where we were staying. After a quick cruise by the ship we headed up a infrequently travelled creek just off the sound to shoot skeet. This was a new experience for all of us and it was a blast. On the way out we saw several pods of porpoises swimming around the boat. A tremendous amount of different gulls and other birds of the sea. As sunset approached we headed back. All of the scenery was beautiful and the experience was unique and memorable. I highly recommend taking your group or yourself on a cruise aboard the String of Pearls.

Absolutely stunning boat and Captain Mike and 1st Mate Duncan were great! They were very accommodating and made sure my birthday got off to a great start. The crew is super knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to be around. I will definitely rebook with them on a future trip!

We booked the String of Pearls for our Son's wedding party for the 3 hour tour. Captain Matt and his family were like being with family, they are all kind attentive and knowledgeable about the area and the waters! Our party had a fabulous time.

Matt and his crew were very accommodating and attentive. Appreciated their hospitality. Was smooth sailing with plenty of room for the 30 of us on the boat. Will definitely return! Was great to be out on the water. Thanks to Matt and his wonderful crew.

My wife and I did the sunset ride and saw a little bit of everything: dolphins, fireworks, and thunderstorms.nnThe captain and deck hands were all great. They had snacks, water, and soft drinks available, if requested. Captain got us back to the dock safely even with the pop-up thunderstorm. Definitely recommend checking them out if you are looking to get out on the water while in the area.
