First and foremost, if I could’ve given them a zero star rating, I would!!!nnHertz called me to make a reservation through my company’s insurance program. They gave me a location and a time they would pick my driver up. That time came and no Hertz. I called them to check on the status and they said that this location does not service my area for pick up. So now the question is, why did This location arrange for a pickup? The pickup location wasn’t a mystery, I gave them the address when the reservation was made. I will never ever in my life use this place. Ryan is the customer service agent that I used. The whole company is trash. I’m sure this is part of the reason why they are going bankrupt.

Do NOT spend your money here ⚠ufe0f ⚠ufe0f⚠ufe0f These people refuse to help you. The car we rented marked various service lights and an employee working stated “it was perfectly fine and it does that all the time”. They refused to give us another car and even had to spend my own money to put in oil because by the time I got to my destination it was low and they refused to re-compensate the money I had spent on the oil. Every single person working inside this location is rude and NO HELP, DO NOT COME HERE

SCAM ALERT. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do NOT use these guys. I want to save you the heartache from seeing your bill double. Basically you will pay double whatever they quote you at the beginning. They will charge whatever they can make stick at the end. Upgrade fees. Late fees. Cleaning fees. They will lie to your face and say that they remember you and you agreed to pay for the extra costs. It's the middle of a pandemic and I was apparently happy to pay about 1000 dollars in fees. These people are scam artists and they will do whatever they can to steal from you. Looks like this is very common with them looking at the reviews. If you need a car through insurance, PLEASE either look at a different Hertz or better yet go to Enterprise. I will never again be a Hertz customer thanks to these scam artists.

Don’t use this car rental if it’s from insurance ask them to use a different one not Hertz. I am devastated by this car rental!!! When I dropped off my car I paid 93$ This money was supposed to be returned to me! After I drop off my car I don’t get an emailed receipt I instead my account is NEGATIVE!!! The stole 168$ and I don’t know why?!? I am a college student and I work I have other bills to take care of I thought my insurance company was going to handle the cost I have full coverage!!! This is a big headache I’m hoping that they will do the right thing and refund me. Only God can do this miracle. Do not rent a car from here! You will regret it!

Booked reservation. Arrived at site to pick up call none available. Staff were very rude and un willing to assist. Would not even give telephone number to another location. Felt very disrespected.
