The car I received was great! I absolutely loved it. The process of returning it, not so much. I have had to contact them numerous times, both in person and via phone, regarding getting my deposit back. Everytime I speak with someone, I get a different answer. Not sure this is a hassle I want to deal with again in the future

I had made a reservation for a different location in Norcross, off Beaver Ruin. I get there only for them to tell me that they have no cars available, after I had been searching and searching for cars. I came an hour away to pick up the car, and the rep had to call into another location to see if they had cars, when she found that they did she told me to go there and speak to the manager.nI arrive at the location off Satellite Blvd, and I don’t think that I spoke to the manager, but the rep they did put me in touch with was very nice, got me in a rental car quick, and I was on my way. The rental car was clean, (had a lot of fumes) but I was glad they told me they used 3 different kind of sanitizers. I returned the car back on time, ran it through the car wash and vacuumed, and made sure that I wiped everything down as well. There were some people that did not have on masks, but I made sure that I stayed my distance. Overall my experience was a good one.

Ashley Mattison is the G.O.A.T (Greatest of all time) of this location. I walked in discouraged but she got me in a great SUV. A great saleswoman! She is kept me in my budget and if you keep it real with her she will most definitely keep it real with you.nnThanks Ashley!!!

The receptionist was very friendly and patient. She tried to do her best to satisfy my needs. My car was very clean and was ready on time. I think Spanish speaker can contact there, too.
