What a great car rental place this Enterprise is. I was serviced by Jasmine Dankins who was very polite courteous and professional in handling my car rental process. she was very generous in the way she treated my transaction and made me feel like a valued customer not just another person that she dealt with. Being familiar with retail I know that this business can be very stressful in dealing with the variety types of customers which I witnessed her having to deal with the difficult customer but she handled herself with Grace and dignity and was very professional in how she handled a nasty customer. I highly recommend this Enterprise location for all your car rental needs and wish the owners and team members here the best. A+ five Google stars and two thumbs up for Enterprise rental of Duluth. Have a very positive day.

The agent and the car at the Berkley Lake location were great. However, the car had a totally slick tire on the back right side that I found after driving 150 miles. I took the car to a local Enterprise location there and they sent me to Firestone where 3 tires were replaced! It was a 2020 car but wasn't safe to drive and should have been checked before renting.nNo response to my email from Enterprise on this issue. So when they asked for a public review, here it is.nI love this location. But expect a safe car.

The Staff at this enterprise location need serious training. The manager was professional in attitude, but lacks knowledge of the business when it comes to deeper issues. The assistant manager Alex is very unprofessional, and because of her I will never return to this location. When the manager is not around Alex has serious attitude problems, she is rude, and doesn't seem to like her job. I think she would rather be the manager, but she doesn't qualify in my eyes. And the poor worker Lea, seems nice at times, but seems to be controlled by Alex.nI also noticed when the manager wasn't working and it was just Alex and Lea it was chaos. They seemed to be in distress like it's just too much work for them to handle. I wish they were more professional in attitude like the manager.

Friendly and helpful staff. Don’t try to reach them by phone. Whoever manages this branch leaves them seemingly understaffed for how busy they are. Most of the time the employees are with one customer after another and do not have time to stop to answer the phone.

Location: 3931 Peachtree Industrial Blvd Ste 8, Duluth, GA 30096nEmployees@this location need some serious training. I had to wait for 45 minutes for the car. Car was not ready. I have rented at car from other locations and those locations are good when it comes to customers service. After 45 minutes, Car still had lot of pet hair that I had to ask to them to vacuum it again. AVOID this Location.
