Accountant Mr. Shin who works for this company is the greediest and most deceitful and condescending person I have ever met. He is never transparent with you when filing taxes, and he charges you on littlest things. If you have additional family members for a tax file, he will charge you more than $150 per person and extra $200 processing fee. He wants customers to pay everything in full cash. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. He will rip you off. Also, he crosses his boundaries by asking personal questions. Do NOT go to him.
