Sundance installed quartz in my kitchen in 2019. Things went great up until the day they were supposed to be at my house. The way I was treated made it clear I was their last priority. I purchasedn2 complete slabs for my job (approx. $7000) but because they made a mistake I have seams where there should not be seams and they were scrambling to find the material to finish my job.nnNow 1 1/2 years later I continue to see issues with the installation. The caulk they used was never smooth, it has collected all kinds of dirt. Another installer looked at the job and realized that the countertops were not shimmed properly and that is why I am seeing a large caulk line behind my sink that is impossible to keep clean. In several places the adhesive they used (to put down the tops) was transferred to my custom cabinets, I have been unable to get that off.nnNow I am seriously considering paying another installer to fix the problems Sundance created.nnMy experience was not good and like many bad things it keeps on giving. I would not recommend them. Period.
I needed a custom cut on a piece of marble that I brought in, the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.
In June, the under-counter water heater in our kitchen sprang a leak damaging our cabinets. Because we didn’t want to replace the perfectly good granite countertops, we asked Sundance if it was possible to remove the existing granite countertop, store it while cabinets were rebuilt and then replace it. Guess what! They did it! It looks great—just like it had never been removed!nMikey and Chad were the team that replaced the granite and it was like watching masters at work. They were professional and highly skilled. We couldn’t be more pleased with the way our kitchen looks and still can’t believe they were able to accomplish this!nThanks, Sundance Tile, for a job well done!nBetsy and Greg Simmons
Quality work, friendly and helpful office staff, nice selection in their new showroom, courteous and talented craftsmen. Quartz countertops installed in a bathroom and kitchen look great, seams were put together so well you cant see them unless you look up close. Im glad I chose to take the much less expensive option presented to me - to have seams rather than have a solid piece, because you would never know! Glass tile back spash in kitchen is beautiful. Tile floors in 2 bathrooms done in two days. Highly recommend!
Excellent product for their do it yourself shower shelves. I originally bought 2, but the quality and craftsmanship helped me realize that I needed two more! Love the product and quality.
