I love shopping at the Hibbetts. I can always count on them to have an amazing sale on an item I’m looking for. Daisy is the store Manager as she is the epitome of what being a phenomenal person is. Very knowledgeable and efficient and makes sure the other employees are going above and beyond for customers like my self. I appreciate all of this more than you know.nnHave a blessed day

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and asked what I could be assisted with. I had a return, 3 separate online orders, which took some time but Judah was super helpful and patient. He was very polite and friendly even though it was close to closing time. I couldn't have asked for a better experience or nicer person to assist me!

When I walked in a 12:50 pm on May 11 I was not greeted by any of the two employees standing at the desk I walked up to them and said I called before the whole pandemic happened and asked how old I had to be to work their due to my birthday being on the 12th so she said no you have to be 18 if you aren’t we can’t help you and as I walked out her and her fellow employee laughed at me I felt highly disrespected and this was so uncalled for. They didn’t pick up the phone when I called. They allowed the phone to ring as on of them we’re talking to me for a brief moment I felt discarded and not welcome to this particular store. I advice anyone to not go to this particular store

This is the wrong type of Hibbert store for the area and demographics. Not really sports related but fashion.nMy 3 star rating is because the young people in my local store are lazy and lack customer service training. Whoever the manager is needs to teach there team retail sales and customer care.

I walked in and walked around looking for 22 minutes. None of the staff said a single word to me. I wanted to buy the new Kyrie Irving’s but I WOULD NEVER spend my money at that place. The two women there we’re just running their mouths. I probably could’ve went in the back myself and just walked out the damn door with the shoes instead of paying $189 at Footlocker where I would eventually buy them.
