Had to use Park N Fly on April 3rd because the North parking garage/deck was full at the airport. The lady at the gate kept yelling that it would be a 20 minute wait. Okay obviously I have no choice, but it wasn’t a 20 minute wait at all. Once I parked my car, there was a shuttle waiting. It just seemed to be very chaotic and the lady at the gate was rude & annoying. I give the shuttle driver 5 stars but the lady was ghetto and needed to take a chill pill. It actually took me 20 minutes to get out of Park N Fly b/c she wanted to yell “20 minute wait” to every car that entered. Took her forever to give me my change. Her customer service was lack luster and even the shuttle driver said she was all over the place and driving him crazy. I’m sure I’ll use Park N Fly in the future b/c the airport is just too unpredictable. Hopefully when I return, I don’t see that lady b/c I’ll honestly turn around and go to the place across the street instead.

The Park N’ Fly is awesome! So convenient and the staff is great! They are helpful with the bags in and out of the car! I always park here!

We received outstanding service at the park n fly. We had a lot of personal complication from the time we arrived to the time we left.. They were extremely polite, very prompt, and generous.. As soon as our plane landed they were right outside we didn’t even have to wait a full min.. They insisted on helping us with our luggage, and as soon as we got to the truck we realized our battery was dead. I called the number on our ticket, and informed Mac of our issue, and she polite said we could jump you off. One minute later Patrick pulls up and gets up rolling on our way. I will never park at another airport parking place. Due to their A1 customer service, it will always be park n fly.

Very convenient! Lots of parking. Nice price. Fast shuttle service and the drivers are very friendly and helpful.

I usually park at the Park 'N Fly plus, but it was closed when I flew earlier in June, I assume because of the pandemic. So I chose to use this location and was not disappointed. In fact, it is a quicker ride to the airport. The driver wore a mask and was friendly and helpful. Vehicles were clean and service to and from the airport was timely. Pricing was great too, and I love the rewards you can earn to use for a free day. I always recommend Park 'N Fly to friends, family, and strangers.
