This was a great experience for us. We made a reservation, parked in their lot, we were quickly picked up by a very courteous driver, and taken to our departure terminal. When we returned, we came through the International side, so we needed to call PreFlight for a pick up. From the time I called, until the time we were leaving the lot, was 25 minutes. Had I used the on-site parking at the airport, I would have paid a lot more, and would have been dragging luggage to the car. Would I use them again? You better believe it - we already made a reservation for our nest trip!

Enjoyed waiting 20 minutes to get picked up from covered parking

Now, those who use the intl terminal must use covered lot and pay $3 more per day than uncovered one.
