They only had 2 people working on a Saturday afternoon. 1 of these was on a personal call while working. The other had headphones on his head but at least was focused on what he was doing. After a long wait I asked for 2 gallons of mid-grade color-matched paint. After the paint was mixed the total came to OVER ONE HUNDRED TWENTY DOLLARS FOR 2 GALLONS. I was not told pricing until this point. I should have gone to Lowe's (which has a better paint department) 3 mins away and saved $50 right there, but I made the mistake of purchasing. I will never make the mistake of visiting ANY Sherwin Williams location again.
These young ladies we're on top of things. They we're well informed n went out there way to make sure I had the right product. I was thoroughly Impressed!! They are keepers!
It took me 30 min for a gallons of paint...3 people total and only one upfront while the other were on the phone just standing there.. called in before to see if they had the color match machine and all she said said and hung up the phoneud83dude20ud83dude20.. terrible service.
the service in this store is very bad 4 people working 2 of them talking about personal things one of them on the computer and the other texting on cell phone after 3 minutes standing in front of them I asked them myself if they could attend me I never go back to this store
They are supposed to be open till 7pm Mon-Fri, but always seem to lock their door at 6:30pm. It makes it difficult for customers who are coming from work to purchase items.
