03.07.2021: I visited this location 1st time. I got fruit salad & chocolate covered strawberry w/white chocolate poppy chips. The strawberry was huge. Long story short, the fruits was NOT sweet. UGH!!!!!! Not ONEZ PIECE OF FRUIT WAS SWEET.nnTHE GENTLEMAN WAS VERY NICE & CHEERFUL.
OMG!! I was so disappointed when I ordered and arrangement because the fruit was not the freshest and had afragrant taste. I returned the arrangement and they politely replaced it, only to repeat the issue. I've had many and have ordered many arrangements and was always very pleased, not sure what happened, maybe a bad shipment.nJust wanted to update that because of my experience, they did give me a dozen of chocolate covered strawberries.
I had a really great experience dealing with the Camp Creek location. The staff member who answered the phone was super friendly and really helpful because I had no idea what I wanted. My friend was happy with the birthday basket that I sent her. She said the fruit was fresh and the chocolate dipped strawberries were some of the best she’s ever had.
When I called and was asking questions about a few edible arrangements to be sent to my job for my employees the customer service that I received was phenomenal and not only was the customer service amazing the fruit was as well the chocolate covered strawberries were dipped beautifully and the small cheesecakes were made to perfection. Will definitely be using you guys again.
