They lie and try to scam you!nAfter just moving here we had a surprised visit from an ADT rep while unpacking, claiming we should have known he was coming. He gave us a speech about crime being on the rise here. Advised the options and we ended up scheduling an install for a week later.nSomething didn’t feel right. I just didn’t believe what he had told us so we began asking around. Crime was not on the rise. In fact our neighborhood is extremely safe. Also nobody was ever told they were coming, despite him being adamant we should have been told at closing. After realizing everything he said was a lie we decided to cancel the install. That was near impossible to do. After speaking to at least 7 different people and spending close to an hour on the phone we finally got the install cancelled.nWe met other new neighbors and explained our situation. ALL of them had the same experience we did. One neighbor was warned ahead of time and sure enough ADT showed up unannounced and gave them the same bogus speech we were given. Claiming they should have been told they were coming and also claiming crime was on the rise.nTake my advice and avoid ADT. Not only will they try and lock you in to a three year contract, they are way overpriced. If you feel you need an alarm we found numerous companies with a much cheaper monthly rate while still providing ALL of the same services ADT offers.nHad they not lied, had they just knocked on my door and offered services I probably would have signed up. However the rep seemed shady and his stories didn’t add up. I’m glad I trusted my gut instincts and didn’t sign up.n** it should be noted that this took place about two months ago. I was going to let it go but I just heard from another new neighbor that they experienced the same thing. Unfortunately they had already signed a contract. I’m hoping the review will reach people prior to signing a contract**

Not bad they got me in and out pretty fast!

About an hour to unload. Friendly recieving staff. Enough room to park two trucks. Maybe three for over night parking. Start receiving at 6am.
