Bad business. They ALWAYS close 30min - an hour before the actual closing time and it’s very unprofessional and inconvenient for people that don’t have enough time during the day.

I walked in to get my phones switched over with the SIM card and the black girl made nothing but excuses to help me. Very Lazy. Customer service like this makes you think twice about Metro PCS
He tried to sell me $850 iphone6 that couldn't connect to the internet. After first selling it to me for $750 then calling me to come back to the store to rush and pay the other $100 before my service was disconnected because HAN didn't look or see that I wasn't eligible for an upgrade after I told him I wasn't eligible 2x before I brought the phone! smh i lost 3 hours of my life on my day off waiting in the store. Now im waiting for my refund after he tried to make me go home with an iphone6 that still after troubleshooting wouldn't connect to the internet! :(
