Using Vroom to buy a car has been a very poor experience. I’m weeks into the process and still no car, they have my down payment. Emails and phone calls to the sales person go unreturned. I think part of their scheme is making money off of the float on your down payment. So much for a simplified way of doing business.

Like everyone says here jino is a scam, he sold me a truck with no emissions in Gwinnett county! After I called him he told me “you bought the vehicle” “as is” when Gwinnett county requires by law for him to give me an emission. He has refused to cooperate with me and is saying not to call him back with the issue, stay away from this guy.
This is the worst place to buy a car the owner of the place his name is Jino , is the worst,he is ghetto ,doesn't know the meaning of customer service at all.I have been chasing him for months about my title he just give me the run around but that's ok I have solved the problem with my title but that place is GHETTO!!!!!! I didn't want to give him a 1 star the site forces me to rate him he deserves a - 0
As everyone else has stated GINO IS A FRAUD SCAM ARTIST !!!!!! I asked to come pick up my bill of sale and was told if I showed up I would be shot in the face . His exact words to me on top of him selling me a car which he said had a current emission which was a lie . I was told by him my car had a minor issue when in fact the CPM (computer of the car ) was completely bad .... save your time and money and don't do business with this con artist !
