My experience at Pars cars Riverdale was excellent. Customer service from Bert Park, he is funny while you wait but also helpful! Good salesmanship from E. J. he is educated in what he does as top salesman! They both make sure you get what you want from the 1st phone until the deal is done. There was a minor issue with my vehicle they both made phone calls to make sure the issue was resolved! I highly recommend these 2 employees...
If I could give this place no stars I would! Rufus Parker the sales agent or whomever he is has horrible customer service ! The way he spoke to my brother was outrageous!!!! The finance gentleman Maurice is the best thing going for that business if I was him I would leave and go work somewhere else they don't deserve you.
