Very disrespectful and unprofessional, especially in the arbitration department. If you know someone inside, your life will be great, they will put the policy a side and work to get things done, of course, everything for a price. If you are straight forward dealer with no friends inside the arbitration department, they treat you like a homeless from the street. They are weak and cannot stand a discussion because of their limited knowledge in this business.

Manheim selling inop vehicle on regular lanes.nI brought a Dodge Dart and Nissan Altima with over 3.5 cr stated the vehicle runs and drives. I sent my driver to go pick them up they said these vehicle was brought in inop ( not drivable) and need towing. I paid top dollar for this vehicles. Manheim arbitration known I was treated unfairly, they still don’t want to refund me my money and it’s been over a month.
