Had an excellent time with my family on the Full river trip. We had a group of 8, and unfortunately had to be split up in a group of 6 and a group of 2. This was fine since my husband and I had gone on other rafting trips before, while it was my family's first trip. Our guide Burma was excellent giving us tidbits along the way, and giving us good instruction on getting us through the rapids successfully (without falling out). In speaking with my family, their guide was excellent as well.nnI definitely recommend Rolling Thunder River Company, and most definitely recommend doing the full river trip. However, if you are short on time, the upper river is definitely better since it includes the Olympic portion on your route. ENJOY!

Ok so if you've never been rafting before and are scared to do it, dont let that stop you. I was too and we had a person with us who couldnt swim who had a blast! They go over quick training on dos and don'ts and if you listen, you'll enjoy the hell out of yourself! We had Wildman Jack as our guide and he was the BEST!!! Make sure you request him when you go!! He really made this a fun trip! Will definitely do this again next year!!! Thanks Wildman!!! 9.6.20

My family and I had the pleasure of riding with our guide Cheese today. He was extremely patient, funny, and knowledgeable. The best thing is he made sure none of us fell out the raft!!! We were all a bit nervous about riding level 4 rapids, but Cheese prepped us from start to finish, by letting us know what to expect as we went down the river. He was an amazing guide!!! We definitely will be requesting him next time! Thank you Cheese!!!!!

Emerson!! You made our trip! Thank you for the best afternoon. Also, I didn't get your name but you were entertaining us and impressing the hell out of me during the bus ride with your knowledge and experience about the plants and mushrooms in the area. You obviously enjoy nature and all the health benefits it has to offer.Thank you. Hopefully, we will be back before the end of the season and I will find you and thank you again in person. A tip for anyone reading this -n.. if you book the last run of the day you will have the most time on the river. If you have fears about cold water they have free jackets available where you pick up your other gear. Get one. It makes a huge difference. Also, bring some cash to tip your guides. They are having fun but they are also working for a living. M
