After moving into our new house we started new pest control with Juniors. We had only seen a couple bugs at our new house but decided to start having it sprayed on a quarterly basis. The technician that came out seem to be in a hurry and only interested in talking. After the first visit from the technician we started seeing more bugs. Not dead or dying. I called the office and explained this, she told me that we would have to pay $50 for them to come back out and respray because we were new customers. I understand I'm a new customer but I also paid for a service that isn't working properly. After telling her that she seemed to be perfectly okay that we wanted to cancel service, so we did.
