Terminix took over our contract after Southwind Pest & Termite sold out.nI had horrible experience with Terminix before but for lack of other competent pest control in our area I gave them a few months.nOnce again their service is lacking.nI didn’t see any significant improvement after their treatments. So I called/emailed to discontinue our service.nIt is IMPOSSIBLE to discontinue service with Terminix. They transfer you around and you THINK you’ve accomplished something but then they send another bill!nI was frustrated and just stopped payment of the bills. Guess what? They disconnected our service. Surprise surprise!nWorks for me.nI did research and put together a pest control regime that works for our business. Just FYI...ALL of the chemicals needed are sold online. I got mine from Amazon.nBe sure to order 2 different poisons and 2 different hormone regulators so that you May alternate these with each treatment. No bugs! No pests! Boom. No bill

Great confusion over scheduling. You must call the service center. You can't speak to anyone locally. They confirmed our appointment 3 days earlier and then did not show up. We called again and were told we were scheduled for the following week. We held again on line while they contacted the local service manager. He called and said we were never on his schedule on the day that the service center confirmed to us. Very frustrating. Do not recommend. Their local folks are great when you get them out, but scheduling has been like this for a while and only gets worse

We have had a total remodel done on our home over the past one and half years and we can say that the team that came out from Terminix were by far the most professional, courteous, prompt and through group to date. We feel confident that they addressed our true needs and we have peace of mind knowing that our home is protected, safe and healthy.
