This place gets a 1 star review until my roach problem actually goes away. They did a cabinet clean out in my unit but not in the other 3 units connected to mine, they constantly made promises that were not kept, a technician came out saying he would talk to his boss, but it's been almost a week and I haven't heard a thing. There is no reason that I shouldn't be able to use my bathrooms at night because I will have German roaches crawling on my feet. My daughter shouldn't be scared to go in her bed because a giant roach crawled on her. A roach, by the way, that appeared after the last technician said he was laying down something that would make them infertile and yet this one had a giant egg sac on it. They also said that if I started doing a deep clean of my kitchen weekly that they would come out every 10 days to do a follow up treatment. I deep cleaned every weekend for 2 months and a technician showed up twice so I don't beleive anything they tell me anymore. Completely useless and I am trapped because this is the company that contracts with my apartment so I am stuck with them.nnAn update: I waited a week and a half from when a technician came out to look at our place and didn't hear anything. When I called back to get an update, they refused to speak with me saying they had to communicate with the management company. Then why did they send a technician out in the first place?!nnI am absolutely stuck with these roaches and I have no options at all and it is because Knox will not communicate or do their job properly.
