He is definitely blunt and rough but he gets thing done correctly and efficiently.
This guy is extremely rude. He constantly cut me off when I was talking and his tone is like my boss. I called him back to change the returning date but he bluntly told me to call the Korean air instead and then hung up. It seems that only him working on that office and he has to handle all the works. Would not recommend him for anyone.
The guy is very nice and is always willing to help out. Honest and hard working.
he's a very rude person, told him i won't be buying air tickets from him anymore, he said he doesn't need anybody's business. can't believe i wasted my time back and forth with this guy
