The supervisors at TITAN Global Enterprises treat employees as key cogs in a well-oiled machine, rather than unintelligent people who can easily be replaced. The managers are good leaders, act in a professional manner, and care about their employees. They have done nice things for employees like providing us with delicious meals during long shifts that put us in a better mood and letting us borrow warm TITAN jackets during outdoor shifts when it was cold.nnTheir CEO, Angela Gennari, demonstrates the sort of forward-thinking approach that many other companies lack. At TITAN, they demand professionalism and hold employees accountable. It's great to hold your people to high standards when you turn around and reward your employees with better pay and perks than than some other places that do similar work. It is obvious that they are among the very best at what they do. Because of my experiences there, I actually invited a friend to join and then he invited a student in his program as well. We all worked at different types of sporting events. I highly recommend TITAN!
Great retirement position. Get to perform a needed service for the public when people are having a good time and enjoying life. Accept the jobs you are willing to work, ignore those that do not fit your schedule. Caveat: do not think it is a free ticket to a college game. You are there to work. Might need to catch the score on the drive home.
Productive and enjoyable place to work. A cooperative environment between management and staff. Co-workers enjoyable to work with. Everyone pitching in for the success of the company. Most enjoyable part of the job: The feeling of being a part of a team environment, putting people to work.
Great company to work for! Competitive pay and constant training are offered to improve yourself and the Titan team. It's rare these days to have a job that you actually enjoy, but this is definitely one of them.
Sets the highest standards for their staff. Titan Global Enterprises owner Angela Gennari is great to work with along with being professional and family oriented. All of Team Titan is great to work with along with having the knowledge to succeed in any position we're assigned to.
