I came to Vy Travel to purchase a ticket to Vietnam as well as obtaining a visa. Everything went smoothly. Extremely nice couple and very helpful. Thank you guys. Will definitely return.

beware this travel agent , especially the agent Vy, my family bought 5 tickets from her , she gave us itinerary going and coming back together, but when we at check in the airline confirm she only sold us 3 when we called her she blamed on the airline changing our tickets, She lies a lot so be careful. We talked to the airline agents and they told us Vy's Travel has been known to do a lot of bad practice.
My parents bought tickets from here and they never pick up their phone or answer any messages. It's a battle just getting in touch with them. They tried going to the office but every time they go, the office is closed. Very unprofessional.
