This place WAS once a nice facility... clean, pleasant staff and most of all working. Now it’s dirty, they never have enough help when they are open and heaven forbid you can use the self service kiosk! IF it’s working you can’t drop off packages to be delivered! So sad! I feel bad for the staff that the do have...
Employee not wearing a mask properly and another not wearing a mask at all during a pandemic. Bot hand sanitizer in sight. The slowest USPS, with rude employees. I asked for stamps to send yo France and was asked 3 times “Where?” When I finally explained France, the country in Europe he finally understood... i avoid this place as Much as I can
Byron went above and beyond to help me get my mailbox fixed and helped me with many other tasks in the process. Wonderful service! This is the only USPS I will go to in Atlanta! Thank you!
The workers are always super friendly and helpful at this location. Less busy than the Sandy Springs Hammond location.
Absolute worst service I have ever had just moved here from PA and I wish I could move back just because of how bad this office and it’s employees are especially the delivery drivers. My carrier comes into my neighborhood everyday and cannot find my apartment to deliver my package and now it has been returned to sender because of the laziness and negligence of this facility and it’s employees. Absolute joke!
