Had a piece of priority mail they said was DELIVERED and that I wasn’t there to sign for it. I was home all day and never received a notice on my door nor in my mailbox. I watched the mail lady come and leave. I came to this branch to get my mail and was met by one of the rudest, most unprofessional people at the front desk. She was definitely only there for the check. Which is sad that the customers have to suffer because she doesn’t like her job or is ready to go home.nAt any rate, I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do... I need my mail and they have no legit answers as to what the delivery lady was doing, why she didn’t leave the mail, where she is now, why she didn’t leave a notice... the help I was offered was “leave your number we’ll call you once we talk to her and you can come back and pick it up.”nnWhy should I have to make two trips- on two separate days- to pick my mail up when it should’ve been left? Why didn’t I receive a notice???nnPLEASE HIRE PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE, ITS A BURDEN ON THE PUBLIC WHEN YOU DON’T.
Self-serve kiosk was broken, and I was very confused on what to do, but after a long wait the man working (looked like the only worker there) was very nice and helpful with filling out my shipping details and affixing the correct postage. He made a very confusing ordeal for me painless and easy, and I watched him serve previous guests with equal cordiality and ease.nnI was very nervous to be out and about but other customers were social distanced and had masks on, and the front desk has plexiglass between the customer and the worker so I felt very safe.nnIt's not a perfect location obviously but I rate my experience 5/5 stars because I had a great experience in spite of my anxieties.
This is a busy post office. Though there was 6 people in front of me and a few behind me, the lone clerk (young woman) was efficient and I was out of there in 10 minutes. They have a self service kiosk at this location as well. Very convenient if you can navigate through the menus.
Packages are not getting delivered to mailbox or apartments at Goodwynn Apartments in Town Brookhaven. Brookhaven GA. Package are getting stolen because this USPS employee are unprofessional.and lazy. This is showing disrepect for the customer and to the USPS. 3 of my packages were taken on two different occasions. And what I was told that the packages were delivered. So I did some investigating and found that the USPS was leaving all the boxes on the table in the mailbox free to take if you want.nResident at GOODWYNN at Town BrookhavennBrookhaven, Ga.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The worst customer service. I am living in a new apartment complex that does not have their mail set up for residents yet. We are supposedly waiting for USPS to provide our keys. Having to drive back and forth to get mail is very frustrating. When I call and ask for help to see if I've received any mail, the lady says she does not have time to do that. Extremely rude. When I physically go there, nobody is doing anything. Everyone is sitting around just being lazy.
