I was a guest at the hotel for multiple nights late December 2020 and early January 2021. Car got broken into while parked at the hotel at 1am on January 7th.The hotel manager never called me to express empathy or to offer any kind of support. Also, I saw multiple guests and some housekeeping staff not wearing masks with no enforcement in place. Very nice hotel, just simply not the level of service and experience you would come to expect from a 4-star hotel.
Just arrived at the Hyatt Villa Christina and from the valet to from desk attendant Quintin it’s has been a 5 star experience. I’m in town on business and pleasure so I happened to arrive a few hours prior to check in. I’m so grateful they were able to accommodate an early check in. That special touch will ensure I can freshen up prior to serving as an MC for the conference! Yay Hyatt customer service & housekeeping!
Wonderful service, rooms, and amenities. Would definitely return.
My wife was the Officiant for a wedding held at the hotel. Staff was friendly and nice. The wedding staff was on top of it all. The bathrooms were even very clean. We plan to return and stay a few nights.
