I purchased a Rolex Submariner from Ermitage, and I have to say that from start to finish of the transaction, it was a great experience. The communication with the company's staff was first rate on all issues from price to shipping, and the watch was in the pristine condition as it was described on the website.nnI asked a number of specific and probing questions before agreeing to the purchase, and all were answered promptly and professionally. This is a responsible company that operates with integrity, and really delivers on customer service (including my request to have a few links removed in order to fit my wrist upon arrival, which was done expertly and thus I was able wear the watch right out of the box).nnI've already requested of Peter to keep an eye out for another watch that is on my wish list, and will do business with Ermitage again without any hesitation whatsoever.

Spent a good deal of time searching for a solid 182-183 day date with factory diamond bezel and dial. Finally found one in good condition for a fair price at Ermitage. Peter made the experience and was extremely helpful providing extra pictures of the watch and assisting me in figuring out payment. Will undoubtedly include Ermitage in my future hunts. Thanks Peter and the staff at Ermitage!

I've purchased three Rolex watches from Ermitage in the past two years. Two Submariners and and Explorer ll Polar. All three are in excellent condition as advertised. They run and look great. Ermitage is hard to beat on the pricing of their watches which as a long term owner and investor in these fine time pieces I would not hesitate to purchase another Ermitage Rolex in the future.

I had a Rolex Submariner that I never wore so I decided to try and sell it. I looked at several sites over the Internet and was extremely impressed by Ermitage. I sent them an email with the information on the watch and some pictures. They responded immediately with what sounded like a very fair offer. I sent them the watch and they offered me the estimate they had sent earlier. I accepted and the money was in my account the next day. The entire process went very smoothly and a hassle free. Much better than I expected! I would recommend them to anybody looking for a upscale watch either to buy or sell.

I sold my Rolex to The Ermitage ! Peter is very professional and promptness! They gave me fair and generous estimated value compared to others. All the transactions was smooth. Also most of their in-stock items are great! Will definitely get one from them next time.
