Prompt reply to a message left via the website during non-business hours. Clark Davis was the sales representative that we worked with. He was very courteous and responded promptly to my questions. Met promptly for the inspection. Overall the purchase went very smoothly with documents arriving promptly so that I was able to register in NC with no problems. Car was clean and delivered with full gas tank so that we were able to return home promptly without having to cope further with weekend traffic in the Atlanta area.

I had a fantastic experience finding my used vehicle at Dyer & Dyer Volvo. Dale was, from the start, super helpful and always available throughout the entire process. He was personable and professional all the way to the end. Victor, while finalizing my purchase, made me feel even more comfortable and certain with my decision. My wife and I had a great experience with Rob and Clark. Rob had the two cars ready for me to test drive on short notice. He was informed and flexible during our test drive. He made sure all our concerns and questions were addressed. There was no pressure to make a decision. After we decided to buy Rob had to deliver a car to another customer and handed us over to Clark. The transition was seamless and Clark was very helpful in finalizing the negotiations. He was also helpful in demonstrating and setting up my new car. We couldn't be happier.

A no nonsense leasing experience. I recently moved here from Florida and called Dyer and Dyer looking for a lease renewal on my 2018 Volvo. I knew what I wanted and Allan listened then found the car for me. I appreciated the way Alan was able to discuss over the phone and we quickly came to a deal. He got the car for me quickly and the first time I met him or went into the dealership was to pick up the car.

My husband and I found the Audi A6 online and traveled from SC to Atlanta to purchase the car at Dyer and Dyer Volvo. We spoke to Dale who treated us with VIP service. We were given such great service. Also the business manager Ismael was incredible. He was not pushy at all and understood when we turned down some of the services that were offered. Our experience was awesome and we'll likely return for future purchases.
