I had an amazing experience at this location. I had previously had a auto broker working a few deals for me and they just did not go right. So I decided to take matters into my own hands. I found this location online and as soon as I requested information on the car they give it right to me. Not only that they called me immediately and asked when would I like to see it. I told sales agent Charles Hannah if we could handle everything over the phone and I would come in upon approval and sign everything. Within 1 hour he and his finance manager George got me approved for a amazing loan with low money down and great interest rate for my credit score. They were patient and went through everything I needed to know about this vehicle. I can’t wait to come back and get another car. This is definitely my go to car dealership. I recommend getting your vehicle with these amazing people!
Jonathan (John) is a new salesman. Give him a chance; you won't be disappointed! He, along with his manager, Mike, made our experience wonderful. We found some issues with our Jeep, and they worked with us to fix everything that concerned us! Our used Jeep looks as good as the new ones, for a much better price! We will definitely check with them for future purchases.
Charles is simply AMAZING!! I came in a few months ago because I was just in the area looking and his personality is what really sold me that day. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. You can tell that he was not just just a sales person, but was a people person and made sure his customers were happy with their car. I told him that although I wasn't in the market right then when it was time I would come to him for sure. Fast forward to this February and I did just that. Charles remembered me and made sure I was able to get exactly what I wanted. He was very patient and made sure that I knew everything about my new car, the features, my warranty and everything. Mike was also awesome and made sure that the numbers were exactly where I needed them to be. Needless to say the entire staff at Gravity Autos made you feel welcomed. These guys work hard and it was very much appreciated. a few weeks later and I'm still smiling every time I look at my new car.
