First time in this store. Was neat, but smaller than other Publix stores I've been to in town. Had a little bit of everything I needed..but not as many brands as I'm used to finding. The cashier was friendly and I loved that I had a female bagger. Found a park fast though the parking lot is a bit small. Located just off I-85. Will go back again for sure.
It is a shame that such a nice store has such a bad customer service in the sandwich place! I've been there a few times and this place doesn't improve. Need to train your employees so they can provide better customer service.
I am proud to say that this was the first Publix I worked at. It was highly maintained, and the people were respectful. With Publix you can focus on one job. There was always enough staff, and a generosity to customers. Although I had my differences with management over denying my pay raises, and hours; I am confident that things will even out.nnDeli Department:nnClean, professional, and the workers go the extra mile.nnProduce Department:nnPublix fruit is always among the best, clean and grade A. Whenever I needed help in the produce department I always was thanked and asked to come again.nnFront End:nnFriendly cashiers, and baggers.
On the evening of September 19th I had the absolute best experience with Naya the manager and the store team. Everyone was friendly and working hard to ensure customer satisfaction! Thank you very much!
Had a bad experience today with the deli, I stood in line behind a lady that got her sandwich, there were two people making sandwiches one was doing the call-in orders and app orders and the other one did the ladys sandwich, knowing, I was standing behind her looked at me and just walked off, when I got his attention and held my hands up he said that guy'll get you , and he proceeded to do some kind of busy work with the boxes food comes in. I told the manager about it. Won't be getting any more sandwiches from that Publix. I was very disappointed with that employees attitude, I suggest firing him.
