I am only giving 1 star because I can't give zero. IT IS A SCAM DO NOT GO THERE. Seemed very legitimate, and thank goodness I didn't leave my pieces there to be appraised but stayed on scene until she was finished. She cashed my check before I even got home, and I never heard from anyone again. I made multiple attempts, left messages, sent emails, no reply and so I'm out the money I paid, and have learned a stinging lesson.

We had an appraisal done at our home over 3 months ago. After several attempts to call and email we have received no response. We were charged at the time of service and never received our appraisal. I have tried to report them with the BBB and after searching this business name there was not a match. We are extremely disappointed.

Exceptionally professional and timely on receiving both appraisals for IRS donation and insurance needs. Additionally, we referred our family members to have other valuables appraised and consulted on. The appraiser was great, professional, reasonable and very knowledgeable. We liked the fact that we could count on their quote and delivery! The appraisal report was well written and even my insurance agent was impressed. We would definitely recommend them and use their services again!

I am not sure if this company is genuine. I called them for an appraisal of a few artifacts. They did an appraisal on Aug 3. They collected their check in full on Aug 3rd. I was supposed to get a report in 3 weeks. Today is Sep 19th. I have called them twice - the first time they said the report wil be sent next week. After 10 days no report and I called again and left them a voicemail. Unresponsive.nnNo report, fully paid and now completely feeling cheated.
