Extremely unprofessional and difficult to work with. My appointment was for 9am-1pm and it is now 4:15 and the tech still has not come. I also have not heard from anyone and no one knows if he will even make it today. I had to track down the phone number to contact the tech myself and still could not get an answer. I would recommend using anyone but this company.

Awesome customer service!!!! Bryan is an awesome tech! He called and came right on time and fixed the problem with no hesitation. I have had two different experiences with him and everytime has been awesome. Would highly recommend this company to anyone and will be calling on them for all my appliance needs.

Never had such a hard time getting people to do their jobs. Shouldn’t have to call and remind anyone to come fix my stuff. For MONTHS. And it still not be fixed. This place is a joke.
