This place and It's owner is an absolute joke. I purchased a trailer on 12-2-20 that was supposed to be done the 1st week in January. When I say done I mean the trailer was already built, they were just adding a door. After 2 more delays I was finally able to pick the trailer up 1-24-21, yes 7 weeks to install a door. Since the delay came I was pressed for time and needed the trailer for a job so I asked to pick it up on Sunday when they aren't open. They agreed to do so if I paid their employee $50 to come and open the gate which I did. When I arrived one of the tires had a screw in it was flat and there was also no key for the trailer. I took the trailer and plugged the tire and expected a call Monday to handle the 2 issues. 2 weeks later and no call had came so I called the owner and was told that it was basically my fault and responsibility that the tire was flat because I came on a Sunday when they were closed. Again the tire was flat ON THIER PROPERTY, like it was Friday when they were there and would have been Monday when they came back and I PAID someone to meet me on Sunday. I sitll have no key to my trailer and they are refusing to do anything about their incompetence with their only baseless argument being that I came on Sunday. Avoid these people, there are plenty of other places to buy a trailer near them that I'm sure understand business and also right and wrong and would have never refused to pay for a mistake that happened while they were in possession of the trailer.

From beginning to end, a great experience. Price was hard to beat and the quality of the cargo trailer is outstanding. Jade is informative, patient, and helpful. Mr. Stacy met me for the pick up. He gave me a tutorial on trailer maintenance and showed me some need to know tips. He also said that I could reach out to them in the future should I have more questions.

Stay away! Customer service sucks. They rather email than pick up the phone. Does not honor quoted prices. Trailers don't last.

Great experience- from responsiveness to my questions to very competitive pricing and delivered to my door. I’ve pulled this trailer over 10,000 miles and very impressed. I’ll buy again without shopping no doubt Thanks Jade!.
