The man I finally spoke to after walking all the way around the lot had a poor additud and was very rude. Yes I give when i finally got to speak to someone it was because I was in an area that was not open to the public. I looked for a sign that would indicate such only signs posted where cameras in use and the garte was standing open. I understand that it wasn't permanent for me to be back there, but the sarcastic additud was not necessary.
